Over 70 years ago, a 25-year-old woman in grief promised to serve her country and the Commonwealth.
She emerged as a remarkable female leader with a global legacy, who kept her word to serve; with grace and consistency throughout her reign, she encouraged our Commonwealth, celebrating goodness and giving support and reassurance in turbulent times.
Her Majesty The Queen is an inspiration to many generations; working to the very end, she has given us a legacy that can never be matched.
Given our passion for supporting older people to live well, Her Majesty The Queen was an amazing example of longevity, and we will always be inspired by her commitment to continue to contribute to society as long as she was healthy and able to do so.
Our deepest sympathies lie with her children, grand-children and great grand-children, as we all mourn the loss of a remarkable woman.

My family had always been involved with UK. My grandfather was a NAAFI club manager, during World War 2. My uncle was with the Royal navy as an engineer, and my brother has just retired from the Royal air force. The queen was always there at the back of every thing we did. God speed your Majesty.
