Author Needed – Aged Care Professional – Expressions of Interest Wanted

Thank you to all who expressed an interest in writing this chapter. We have selected an experienced author and will update you when this work is published.

The International Institute on Ageing United Nations – Malta will be leading an edited book on the “Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing’s” 20^th Anniversary.

The book will be titled “United Nations Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing – Global Perspectives”

CommonAge has been invited to submit a 5,000 word chapter on the progress or otherwise of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific nations in the implementation of the recommendations of MIPAA.

We are looking for experienced recognised professional who understands the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific region’s ageing issues and can author this chapter. The author will be recognised in the book and the work is probono.

The book will be edited by Prof Marvin Formosa PHD, Director, International Institute on Ageing, United Nations Malta along with Prof Mala Kapur Shankardass, Associate Professor at Maitreyi College, South Campus, University of Delhi.

The first draft of the chapter is due on 31 October, 2021.
